My old laptop just quit one day... wouldn't start up. Based on the Google reviews and proximity I decided to take it in to Marc. He had a reasonable diagnosis fee and I left it with him. He called my back that afternoon with not unexpected news . CPU failure and not repairable. We discussed some options and I agreed to buy a new laptop from him. He would source from a distributor and would move everything from my old laptops hard drive to the new machine and get an a USB adapter for my old hard drive to serve as a back up hard drive. He also advised me on laptop brands available to him through his distributors and made a recommendation I went with. Everything worked out perfectly and I have made some spot checks on what I paid through PS Pit Stop and other sellers of laptops...I got a great deal.... couldn't be happier... wouldn't think of going somewhere else or recommending anyplace else to go for a computer issue or purchase.
